I have been going to Samara for mine and my husbands tax returns for about 5 years. She is always very professional and efficient. We have never had any issues with our returns and she has always gone above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping us. I have tried other companies in the past and had a ton of issues, but since we switched to Samara we have had no problems. If you want your returns done correctly and in a timely manner this is the best place to go in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.

This firm came highly recommended to me by a coworker. Imagine my surprise when we filed my return in March, and come April, turns out my other state return hadn't been processed by the state. May/June comes and turns out, Oklahoma informed me that my return had been filed incorrectly. Of course, Sumera was very apologetic that things hadn't gone right. She did make every effort to fix things. However, it is now the end of August, and I still am working on this tax nightmare. After having to file an amended return for Virginia, I was charged a fee for the amended return, and still have yet to have my refund issued...after filing nearly six months ago. While Sumera was very apologetic, and did refund one-hundred of the three-hundred dollar fee that I paid to have my taxes done, I certainly would not want to go through this headache again.
I just purchased Carper Insurance in September '17 and have been using Samara at McMillion & McMillion to do my business taxes and payroll as well as my personal taxes. I have used several accountants in the past and have a pretty good grasp of tax law, however Samara really knows her stuff and can help get you every deduction you are entitled to receive. I highly recommend the team at M&M PC.
