This place does not exist. It is not a staffed location. They work out of the Christiansburg office and only pickup at the VT airport. So, after arriving at the posted address and calling to learn this location does not exist, I changed my reservation to be picked up at my house the following day. I try to schedule a pickup time but they don't schedule pickups. When I call the next morning to be picked up I'm told they have no more cars. Horrible experience.
The clerk usually isn't here except the scheduled times. Therefore, this place is actually a drop-off location.

I carry a rental as part of my auto insurance. While having body work (a deer hit my car -- common in these parts) my insurance co. arranged for a car from Enterprise, but when I called they didn't have any available. I was given the option to "keep calling back" or just wait until tomorrow. It was too much trouble to take my name and call me back when one became available -- I would have to chase them down and hope I called at the right time. When I finally did get a car, after arriving home, I noticed that the tags had expired. The next morning the right front tire was low. Every couple of days I have to put more air in the tire. I've complained but they keep telling me that it is because it is cold -- even though the temperatures have been in the 60s and 70s around here. We've tried to arrange for a switch but of course they never have a vehicle. I could always keep calling back! They really just don't care! Avoid Enterprise in Blacksburg.
