Great dentists, very kind, professional, however their are issues with filing insurance claims. I use to call constantly to keep this practice "on task" to file a claim "correctly " while the dentists are good the customer support after words ....... Not good.
I had my teeth cleaned at Cook Family Denistry. The front desk staff was amazing, Liz did my paperwork and made sure I got sent back in a timely manner. The lady who did my teeth cleaning was very nice and made conversation through out. I would definitely recommend Cook Family Denistry to everyone in and around the New River Valley.
