The technicians were knowledgeable and repaired my laptop problems very effectively. The older Korean lady was very rude to me and disrespectful to the techs working. She interrupted many times to correct the tech who was helping me. She confused the entire problem with my laptop. The younger Asian lady, was very concise with bill when I paid.
