My sweetheart ordered me flowers from this shop and I wasn't given what he ordered. They had made two trips to deliver my surprise, but I wasn't home either time. Later that day, my boyfriend told me about the gift so I could schedule a day with them to come out. The lady asked if I would definitely be home and I said yes, she then said "ok, well if not we are just going to leave them outside". To me, she seemed rude. I understand the two trips to drop them off were unfortunate, but to be rude and not give what was purchased on a $60 order wasn't very professional. The picture he sent me was full of flowers, yet my vase was most full of leaves.
I am glad you guys took over the business becauuse you were a blessing to us!
