I never knew my hair could look this great. Great like out of a freaking commercial great. Between great conversation and lessons on how to keep my hair healthy and beautiful, my experience here was a 10/10. I will be coming back and telling everyone I know!
Ken is an expert of hair! He also has great stories. My experience was very educational; Ken taught me a lot about the physical structure of hair and how to prevent breakage. I have wavy/curly hair, and it's hard to find hair stylist that know what to do with me, but Ken did!
Did exactly what I asked him not to do. Went in for a scissor on top and 1 on the sides, and DID NOT want a defined part. I told him this multiple times, and he even confirmed that I did not want it. he then proceeded to cut a defined part into my head. Wore a hat for 2 weeks until I went and got it fixed elsewhere. good conversation though, guy definitely has stories.
I am not the "girlest" girl you'll ever meet, but I do appreciate a great cut and Kenn is the one! Not many people understand how to cut curls without making them too short or giving them the right layers, but Kenn was ON POINT! He really cares and gives you great tips to keep up with your hair care. Super friendly and definitely loves what he does. I'm going back! So nice to have FINALLY found a place I can trust with my hair in Blacksburg.
Ken does a great job and stocks my favorite paul Mitchell color just for me! He's the only person who I let touch my hair in all of blacksburg and he never disappoints me.
