Rented a piece of equipment it didn't work. I couldn't finish the job. But they still charged me. Offered 20 dollars back. Most equipment old. Stay away
We rented a machine one weekend and had trouble with it. (It didn't operate well and broke down during the time we were paying for it). Heavener made it right (let us use another machine later for no charge) with out any hassles. They are great to work with!
