A great library, though a little small. They've always been quite friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with putting books on hold or even having them sent over from other local libraries. They're some books for sale in a little book near the entrance. The children's section is cute... It has a lot of books to choose from and a little play area with blocks and toddler toys. Generally pretty quiet, though seating seems to be filled most days that I visit.
The Huckleberry Trail starts here at the Blacksburg library with a bike repair station. A great place for walking and biking. The trail is paved and continues over 7 or 8 miles to Christiansburg Recreation Center.
I love this library! There are so many friendly people and z great selection. Plus all their year round activities and fun and engaging for all ages.
Awesome library with tons of activities for families. Lots of computer stations, comfy reading chairs, a Wii U, and much more. The staff are amazing and offer lots of helpful advice, like a customized list of recommended books.
All workers and volunteers are bad. They do not qualify as good librarians. Also they gossip and the service is not good. They insult foreigners and look down on them. They are rude to internationals. They treat foreigners differently. They are not helpful to VA tech international students and families at all. They are making this library bad.
