I had to have another moving company take care of the second part of my move but they were very helpful when I called to make arrangements and did a great job working with the other company. If you are moving to or from Blacksburg, VA this is the company you want to use!
This company was amazing to work with. Our daughter, a student at Virginia Tech, had a month where she had a gap in her leases. I contacted this company to see what they had to offer. They were efficient, dependable and trustworthy from the very first moment to now. They moved my daughter's apartment into a storage unit and will move her back to her new apartment in a month. They did so seamlessly. They showed up when they said they would during both moves. She has one bedroom full of furniture and entire living room set and some kitchen items. Including two moves and the storage unit for a month, my total was $506. Considering this saved me two separate, painstakingly trips down to Blacksburg from Northern Virginia, a hotel room- twice, meals out, two rental trucks, a storage unit, and our backs, this was more than a bargain. I highly recommend them.
Very professional moving company. I needed a shipment picked up and stored in their warehouse. Brian came and explained all the details which helped ease my worries about the move. The workers came on time and were very professional in loading up the items. They also gave me a good rate on climate-controlled storage!
Don't even bother unless you know you're moving 4-6 weeks in advance.
Exceptional customer service. Everyone we spoke to in planning the move responded promptly and professionally. The guys that did the packing and loading of the truck were efficient and respectful of our belongings. I have used them twice and was extremely pleased both times. Mark was on time for the estimate, thorough in his assessment, and provided suggestions on things we could pack and move ourselves to save money. I was happy to receive a reminder call the day before the move. The day of the move, the crew (4 guys) showed up on time, wearing company apparel and ready to work. The crew was friendly and professional; you could tell they have worked together a long time and take pride in what they do. The crew always left a room with a box or piece of furniture. The whole 3-bedroom townhouse was loaded on the truck within 2 hours and unloaded at the new location within 2.5 hours. I have moved several times in the last decade, but this was the best experience I have had. Would highly recommend!!
