Krysta and I have been taking our dogs to the Village Groomer for years. Ken and Darlene go above and beyond average service to make our dogs look like "show" dogs each and every time they perform grooming services. I highly recommend these folks; they're the best in Blacksburg and New River Valley.
I took my dog here the entire 2 years I was doing grad work at VT! They always took excellent care of him, his grooming looked great and they recognized him on sight which gave it a nice personal touch. Reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great price for the quality!
Just took my Bassett/ Beagle hound in for a nail trim and they were amazing. Having an abusive past he doest like to be overly handled and especially by strangers. They were so good with him holding him and coaching him through it. They also let me walk in and the pricees were fantastic. I will definitely go here over big brand petsmart from now on!
