So if you like shopping malls and wasting your money due to higher prices on everything, have at it!
Not many stores worth going too. No public restrooms. Decent gym in there. But the staff are useless.
They keep it up well, but the only reasons that this place hasn’t fallen apart are the Math Emporium, Volume Two Bookstore, and the Gym. If they could lower their energy consumption they could probably do better cost-wise. The atmosphere is quiet and there are rarely people other than students going to the Math Emporium. The surrounding shops seem to do fine, but the mall itself doesn’t seem like it’s bringing in enough revenue to keep the place growing.
For a mall it is a very nice place and would give it like five star for the facility but in general I just don't like Mall's because it's so expensive and the reason why they're so expensive is because they have a lot of overhead... The overhead includes a lot of electric lights, a lot of buildings structure, a lot of maintenance on the building and so on and so on and it guess who's paying for all a structure? Also, in addition to facilities and all the security guards and all that support stuff... guess who's paying for all that ?
Not much to offer here. Pretty sure the gym is the only thing stopping the city from leveling the building.
Doesn't offer a whole lot, but is very clean and I love their gym.
