We arrived 10min before close to pick up some last minute items for a Halloween costume. The staff was still very friendly, and didn't rush us out. We apologized for showing up so late, and they were understanding. Would definitely recommend.

This is a better Goodwill than the one in Christiansburg for household items, not furniture. They have a good selection of clothes but they are poorly separated by size.
