If you are new to the Town of Blacksburg and to Virginia Tech, this should be your first stop. Located at the gateway to the Virginia Tech campus, the Visitor and Undergraduate Admissions Center welcomes visitors and prospective students with style and class. This is where visitors (both short-term and long-term) obtain parking passes for on-campus destinations. Information about VT programs and events is available in the form of brochures, maps, and friendly greeters. Undergraduate admissions information sessions are held here; tours of campus originate here, as well.
Thank you to the two nice girls who were working the afternoon of Saturday Oct 7. I went in to inquire where the alumni center was and I told them I was an alumni (class of 1982) visiting from NY and in town for my Niece's (class of 2010) wedding. They presented me with a VATech laptop bag, iPad case and beautiful note cards and kindly directed me where to go. What a wonderful welcome back!
