Extremely pleased with the day care service Katie provides for our dog, Willow. She gets unbelievably excited when we turn onto the street of Katie's home - realizing she is going to day care! At the end of the day, she comes home exhausted from her full day of playing and hanging out with her buddies! We feel the benefits from the social interaction have made her a happier and better adjusted dog. With her high energy demands, BBC has been a perfect outlet for her! We are very comfortable with the supervision and the personal attention Katie gives with each visit, and appreciate her flexibility with our work schedule! We are truly thankful for the service she provides our family!
Katie does a great job with all the animals she boards. She is definitely the alpha in the pack. Love all the photos she sends of the pups in her care. My dog HATES a crate so Katie accommodates her in the house. Not many boarders would do that! Love Katie as does my neurotic dog.

Used Blacksburg Critter Care for a long weekend while my husband and I were out of town. After meeting with Katie prior, we had no worries about our dog while in her care.
