Update: cookies were delivered cold. Never had this problem with campus cookies.
Will never buy from them again. Ordered at 9:40, asked to be delivered at 12 am. Tracked at 1:15 and said you're next. 1:25 says delivered...but NO COOKIES. Called and customer service said didn't answer phone. Hard to answer a call you didn't get!
Excellent customer service and delicious warm, fresh cookies! The mint chocolate cookies are my personal favorite. They also deliver very late!

Very disappointing experience, stick with Campus cookies. Wish I had read the reviews for this place before ordering because apparently they have always been very slow (we ordered over two hours ago and cookies are still not here). Our order status doesn't change from baking. The customer service guy said they were on the way, but who knows.
They take forever while their cookies taste like they're straight out of the freezer. Customer service is mediocre at best. Last time I called, the person on the other side of the phone decided to make a comment to me I found very unprofessional. But what can you expect from a business that uses calling centers instead of providing jobs for locals. Essentially a corporate version of any other great cookie delivery service, i.e. campus cookies (way better). If you support local business and providing jobs for those in your community DO NOT buy from insomnia.
