Baseline's installation team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very neat and careful with their work. I have done some construction/electrical/roof work in the past and their work was top notch. I saw lots of little things they did that could have been skipped to save a bit of time or material. Standing on our roof, comparing their work with solar on a roof nearby, I was very happy to have hired Baseline.

This is my 3rd Solar installation, having done 2 in Vermont. These guys are good. Patrick was very good at listening during the initial visit to understand what my concerns and needs were. He carefully explained how things work in Virginia as it relates to Net-metering. He researched Battery systems for me and explained the difference in how they connect to my system.
They also installed an eGauge system which has turned out to be a wonderful addition, definitely worth the extra cost. Just knowing what things in the house are using has allowed us to shift our usage to save a few more dollars (and I am a geek, so I like data, and I like to confirm that the system is working as described.)
Baseline Solar installed our array in the fall of 2015. They were completely professional from the initial quote through completion of the project. Patrick and his team handled every detail from working through the paperwork permits and inspections with the city to the follow-up explanations concerning computer monitoring of the system. We have had amazing results with our system and our electric bills are virtually nonexistent. Patrick was even able to check with the supplier and save us some money on our inverter. If we had even the simplest question, we could contact Baseline Solar and receive a quick and informative response. My wife and I wanted to make a difference with the environment and save some money at the same time. Baseline Solar helped that dream come true. They have our highest recommendation!
I also hired them to install a heat-pump water heater and an EV car charger. Again, the work was done to spec and complete ahead of schedule.

I had Baseline install a 6800watt array with Conext+ grid attached w 1000 amp-hr battery backup system in 2015. They gave us a price, delivered at that price and on time. They were professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable in all phases of the install, including permits ditch digging etc. A real bang up package deal. They followed up a couple of times over that past two years out of the blue just to check in.
