We selected Legacy because of Nancy's reputation as someone who takes care of EVERY detail. We would ask about tall ceilings. "It's in there." We asked about Christmas lights, "It's in there- special sockets just for your Christmas lights and deck lighting." We asked about Ethernet wiring - "It's in there." With multiple ports in every room. Top notch, professional service, at a fair price. Couldn't be more satisfied!
From the beginning of our experience with Nancy, Jerry and the rest of the crew we've had nothing but the best! We wrote about our dream home and listed our budget. We talked about what was feasible for our lot, our budget and our neighborhood. They took us to visit several other homes they were building to see workmanship and options. Plans were drawn with us involved. I moved to the area so I could be involved as much as possible. I must have visited the work site at least once a week! They seemed very open to me being there and I never observed any issues of disrespect for us, our neighbors, the neighborhood, or our property! Any of the workers I talked with held Nancy and Jerry in high regard and seemed excited about the work they were doing. The final result is a home we are still so happy with. It's been 10 years! They made building a home such a good experience, I highly recommend them!

Nancy, Jerry, and the crew are exceptional! Nancy listens well, communicates well, and designed just what we wanted. She had creative ideas for windows, front porch columns, arches, etc. She made decision-making fun and easy. We made all the decisions at the beginning with her there to give expert advice. Then we could just sit back and enjoy the construction. She arranged and rearranged work details to keep the construction process going with no lag time. Jerry and the crew were incredibly efficient - no wasted time or motion. They were efficient, but also meticulous about doing things well. Jerry ran into water problems on our property. He worked tirelessly to make sure our home and property would be safe. He had excellent ideas on how things could be done to look nicer or save money. Everything about our home is top quality. They do not cut corners, but they worked with us to build within our budget. We LOVE our new home!
Terrible! Jerry has made our street unsafe for our children by racing down the street in large trucks! His heavy trucks also damaged our street and left large rocks and trash in the roadway. The jobsite is a mess.
