Called in a order at 10:55 the lady was taking the order and I was asking a friend what he wanted on his pizza and she hung the phone up after she took half my order and was gonna make it. I called back and a guy answered and said we locked the doors already we don't make pizzaS after 11.
Very poor service. Will not recommend ordering here.
Good but not great pizza, special deals often with good prices. Standard for a chain.
This is your standard Pizza Hut. I have no issues, service was fine, pizza was the same as Pizza Huts across the country. But at the end of the day, it's fast food pizza.
Ordered a Big Dinner Box. Main issue: We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza with extra BBQ sauce for my husband, opened it up he took one bite, lifted the cheese perplexed and found NO BBQ Sauce.. none!
I called in hopes of Pizza Hut fixing their mistake..their response? No we can't do that, he ate it already. Excuse me? and then they offered me a $5 credit. Again.. excuse me?! I know a BBQ Pizza of what we ordered size and all would be more than $5 dollars.

Pissed. Me and my husband used a $25.00 gift card we received for Christmas to order our dinner this evening, paid $5 cash out of pocket as well. Took awhile to get our order (which we figured was due to influx of students in the area, no big deal).
