The day after the technician left, I went to the basement and found water all over the floor. A pipe had not been put back correctly and was causing a leak. This was very inconvenient as we were getting a new washer delivered and it couldn't be installed due to the broken pipe. We were also leaving for vacation the next day. I called and they sent someone out to fix the problem within a few hours. When he was done, I received a bill from the previous day's work.
This has been a bad plumbing week in my house, but David from Aquarius came in and fixed what could be fixed that day, and gave me good advice about the rest of it. The service was terrific and the price was reasonable. I'll be calling them today for another problem that popped up.
I called Aquarius about a slow tub drain and a water back-up issue in our basement. They got a technician out quickly and he was very nice and seemed knowledgable. He was able to improve the tub drain slightly but suggested a long term (expensive) solution for that and the basement issue. I was told if I wanted them to do the more extensive work, I would not have to pay the service fee for that day. I said we would discuss it.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated being compensated for my inconvenience. I asked the owner over the phone to waive the service fee but he instructed his technician to write the bill. I think at least a discount on the service call would have been appropriate and proper customer service.

Shortly after posting my original review, I was contacted by Jeff, the owner. He apologized for my experience and issued me a refund for the service call. I sincerely appreciate his diligence in following up with his customers who had a less than satisfactory experience. This is a very rare quality in business these days and I appreciate it.
Had my toilet replaced. Everything works and the cost was $259. You can subtract $20 if you want to dispose of the old toilet yourself.
