DO NOT CALL!! One star is a generous rating. My wife called them when our basement flooded to diagnose the problem. A plumber came out for 30 min and attempted to see why our outside drain was flooded by using a snake. He did not come to any successful conclusions. On his way out, he told me that he hoped it didn't rain this weekend. (I ended up solving the problem by replacing the sump pump myself). A month later, I got a bill for $215 for "labor". I paid $100 to compensate for the travel and wrote a letter of explanation. Five months later I was charged the rest of the amount with interest. Unacceptable service and ethics. Do not use them if possible.
This company was great to work with. They came out the same day and they were done within an hour. And on top of that they were very affordable! Much better value than other plumbers we've used in the past!
