Very nice and helpful staff. They sent me out with a lot of info. Their shop offers perks for buying your bike with them. Also, pretty much all Trek prices are the same across the board. So... Purchase where you feel comfortable and where you can get your bike serviced.

we stopped by today and got some excellent advice about our worn rims(we need new bikes.) and everyone was helpful and friendly!! knowledgeable about trails and offered suggestions on our (grim) rim problem. we aren't from Blacksburg but if we were... we'd be buying two new trek 520s from these guys at east coasters!! great service!!

I brought my bike in that I bought from not East Coasters. They were friendly and helpful and not judgy. They helped me pick out pedals and then shoes to go with those pedals. They gave me advice about riding around Blacksburg. Just great great great great. Go to this place. GO TO IT!
