I bought a bike for my wife and had one of mine serviced here. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They ended up giving me a great deal on an older model Specialized, and did a fantastic job repairing my bike.
I just moved into my dorm at VT last week and wanted a bike to stay out of the heat as long as I could. I caught their summer sale on the last day; and got a great bike at a great price and received outstanding customer service. The workers are extremely helpful and knowledgable and are genuinely concerned with getting you the right bike. Will be shopping here for all future biking needs while I'm going to Tech.
Very bad and very rude. Even I asked a very simple question, the technician was very impatient, and was not willing help at all.
I have been going to this shop since it opened. The owners and staff are great people that love and are knowledge about what they do. The service is always friendly and they try hard to make their customers happy.
