Got my car state inspected here. Service was quick, inexpensive, and friendly. I called in advance for an appointment - they can be fully booked on weekends. Would recommend.
I found this place because of the "good" reviews I had seen on Google. I value the opinions of others. I started taking my car there when I needed tires. My kiddos were little it had a good place for them to play in the waiting room while waiting on new tires to be installed without having to sit in a waiting room with new tire smell and getting headaches... but my problems started when they didn't install the correct CV joint I had asked to be replaced. I asked specifically for the right side and they did the LEFT. My car was in a repair shop when the mechanic brought it to my attention, so I had him to replace the one that desperately NEEDED to be replaced... the one I requested to begin with. THEN upon needing new tires, I asked for a specific brand of tire. I asked for Michelin Defenders and they installed tires and gave me the bill for approximately $686 dollars. I paid it and went on my way. Never did I THINK that they would put a cheaper brand tire on my car, but the DID. Took it back for tire rotations and everything and then while having my oil changed, the mechanic at another facility mentioned that I needed new tires. At THAT time I discovered the tires on my car WERE NOT the Defenders, but a cheaper tire.... around $250 cheaper for a set!! I paid $250 MORE for a tire I DID NOT GET. I should have paid more attention when tires were originally installed, I see that now, but I TRUSTED them. :( I brought it to the attention of the manger and showed the receipt in which I paid for the Defenders. Essentially, it's an overpayment from my viewpoint and I asked for a refund of that overpayment. The only thing they would offer is credit on yet another set of tires, but at this point, I don't trust them to do work on my car EVER again. They've already screwed up twice. Why would I go back a third time? I DO NOT recommend them anymore. :(
Great place for car repair and new tire purchases. Always helpful and courteous service.
Abysmal customer service turned me away immediately. I entered the office and was rudely greeted (after quite some delay) by the world's most miserable employee and told there was absolutely no way I could be fit in. Don't worry, I won't bother you again.
Good people. Good service. Check price first. Some things run twice the price of other places. Learned the hard way. Not a bad place, just pricey.
