Very helpful, and incredibly reasonable prices. Needed my spark plugs and wires replaced; Moore's did the job for much less than other mechanics quoted me. Great service, upfront and honest about the work and time it would take. One of the best mechanics in Blacksburg for sure!
Had some deer-impact damage fixed here. They stuck to the insurance company's claim pricing. The car was also washed and shiny all over when I picked it up. Very nice staff in the office and the car looks great!
Honest guys who do good work at fair prices. I am a post-grad mechanical engineer who exactly knows what my car needs at what time. I can always tell when a mechanic is trying to rip me off. I always find the work and prices quoted by these guys reasonable and I trust them with my car.

Very negative experience after using them initially for more than a year and then again after three years. They are fine for the basics, but they repeatedly misdiagnosed my car's issues and took no responsibility for it, when I had two separate problems (A/C issue and blown head gasket). Last incident: they failed completely to diagnose the head gasket, changed/charged the wrong parts, and even after I gave them a second chance and told them the problem found by another mechanic, they still failed to diagnose it! Very disappointed overall about their service and stance of their front manager.
