Great gym. Great trainers. Very well equipped.
If you want to do Olympic lifts this may not be the best place, but other than that I love it.
Great selection of equipment including freeweights. Great crowd, staff is friendly and helpful. This gym is very clean. Another great benefit, if you have a membership, you can use any Anytime fitness gym in the US. Not bad for the price.
And the 24 hour access is really useful if you want to avoid crowds.

easily the best place to work out in bburg. however: 1. far from campus 2. i hope theyd add a rail to the wall 3. very expensive rfid tag 4. certain people (very few) are weird/assholic. 5. inconsistent info on the website. If you like resources, go to Anytime. if you want a better crowd go to mccomas. for a parking relief from vt, consider the weight club.
Great place. 24h you can workout whenever. Nice people and friendly staff.
