I just wanted to say that this is the first time I have ever had a pleasant experience with a mammogram...it was pain free and I had a wonderful technician who was helpful and so friendly...thank you Rhonda. It’s a welcoming facility with very nice people. I will definitely spread the word to my friends!
It took 5 hours to finish all the testing, only to find that all the doctors had left for the day. Lucky our physican worked with us after hours with the on call doctor at the hospital to get the results.
I am extremely dissapointed in this facility. My wife is taking a medication which increases her risk of blood clots in the lung. She had a hard time breathing on a Friday morning. Her doctor ordered an immediate chest xray and CTA scan with instructions that the results be read on site to determine if it was indeed a lung clot to determine if she should be admitted to the hospital.
The attitude of the staff was abysmal, as they literally carted us out (the locked) doors after just finally finished scanning my wife.
If given a choice, I would never choose this place again. You're better off going to the ER (as bad as that sounds). This is a terrible organization.
