Scheduling was simple and very convenient for a college student. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. The care was very affordable and there was very little wait time. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
Complete ignorance from "medical professionals". I experienced the most uncomfortable, inappropriate visit to a doctor's office ever and would rather suffer than relive that ordeal.
I am extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism at Schiffert, especially in the Women's Clinic. Go to Schiffert if you want to get one of the most common medical issues diagnosed as 1 (OR MORE) life changing, chronic diseases. GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE ACCEPTING A DIAGNOSIS AT SCHIFFERT. I am ASTOUNDED.
It's sad that such a great school as an unprofessional heath clinic. If you call the Women's clinic for an appointment, the lady on the phone is rude. If you go for any type of appointment, you will notice that most "doctors" are nurses who rather belittle you than help you. I wouldn't be writing this review if there was an outlet through the University I could complain about Schiffert to.
