Extremely poor after sales service. My bed started squeaking after a few weeks of purchase, so I contacted the store. The first person took down some details and said that someone from warranty will contact me. I didn't get a call for a few days, so I called again and now a different person took my details again and said that someone would come to my house for inspection in a weeks time. It's been almost 2 months now and no one had contacted me. What bothers me more is that I told the sales person that I had back problems and I needed a hard mattress. He pointed me to a mattress, which felt nice at the time but softened up quickly after some use. I wasn't aware that mattress softens up with time, and neither did he let me know that this is going to happen, especially after I told him about my back problem. Will never recommend this store to anyone, the one in Christiansburg is so much better!
"Beyond Excellent Customer Service" is what I received from this store. The store representative named Roq, was very professional, courteous, kind and patient in helping me with a mattress & boxspring. The service was so efficient that I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I was able to get the mattress & boxspring on the same day. The Mattress & boxspring was also excellent quality. Terrible customer service. Too high price marked on price tag and advertising they will give discount. Hinting customers buy one type of mattress because they have extra left over and cannot be sold out.
The Saleman was fantastic. He was very pleasant and very helpful. Coming from out of town, he got me set up quickly and insured a speedy delivery. I will be recommending him and the store to other new students, graduate or otherwise. Great experience!
