Terrible place. The service was slow like snail even though it was not a busy time. The waitress chatted with a customer who was her friend for minutes and talked about her personal business. I tried to call her for a long time and she just ignored me until she finished her "happy chat". Other waitresses just stood there and ignored me, too. That waitress also ordered the incorrect food and wasted my money. That is how they serve customers. The manager should read this comment and improve the quality of their service abilities.
This chicken is okay but the sauce is why I come here. Delicious sauces. Also if you sign up for their online thing you can get free wings on your birthday
Friendly getting by the hostess. Prompt attention from the server. Server was being trained as a bartender, this our beverages did take a little longer to arrive. Server forgot to provide utensils and kitchen left bacon of a burger, resulting in somewhat cooled food by the time we could get to it. Otherwise all was good. Head the 35th anniversary weck sandwich from the seasonal menu. Happy to have had a chance to try it. The weck was good, however there sirloin was dry. Three was a golf themed electronic game in the bar area that was jarringly loud, making conversation difficult.
Absolutely horrible service. I am a local customer, who regularly orders wings on Tuesday during the deal. I understand they are busy on these nights, but tonight I called my order in two and a half hours in advance (online ordering doesn't work, by the way. They'll lose the order and blame it on you, regardless of the confirmation) and when I arrived at 7:30 to pick it up, I had to wait for over twenty five minutes before they would hand me the food - that was in the warming tray the whole time. The wait staff will not respond to complaints or bring in a manager, no matter how long you wait. Ridiculous way to treat customers, with not even an apology. Don't waste your time.
I’m a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings in general and this one is average. Food is what you would expect across the chain which is a good thing being consistent and wait staff is usually good. But the restaurant is ALWAYS DIRTY. Would highly recommend taking some more time to clean the place and put an emphasis on that!
